1) Eligibility Window
Submit your request within 48 hours (2 days) of purchase.
2) Conditions for Refund (strict AND)
A refund is approved only if all general conditions below are met together, and you prove at least one qualifying defect.
General conditions (apply to all products & services)
1. Request submitted within 48 hours, and
2. You fully cooperate with support (provide order ID, steps to reproduce, logs/screenshots/screen-recording, environment details), and
3. No breach of our AUP/TOS (no abuse or policy violations).
A) Digital products (downloads/templates/scripts, etc.) — qualifying defects (need ≥1):
Not as described: material mismatch with the product page/features (show comparisons/screenshots).
Non-functional despite following documented requirements and steps in a supported/standard environment (provide errors/logs).
We operate fix/replace-first. If we cannot provide a working version within a reasonable timeframe, the refund is granted.
Unavailable or faulty delivery: the download link is missing/expired/inaccessible, or files are corrupted/unopenable, and we’re unable to promptly re-deliver a working package.
Invalid/undelivered license key: key not delivered or invalid, and cannot be promptly reissued.
> Not covered: change of mind; issues due to unsupported/incorrect environment or third-party conflicts outside our control, where a working setup is demonstrated.
B) Services (e.g., hosting)
All general conditions above AND:
A reproducible technical issue prevents basic use, and
You cooperate in troubleshooting (logs, steps, temporary access if needed), and
The issue remains unresolved after best-effort remediation within the 48-hour window.
3) How to Request

4) Processing Time & Method
Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (typically 5–7, payment-provider dependent).
5) Non-Refundable Items
Domain registrations/renewals.
Customized / one-off solutions.
Items explicitly marked non-refundable at purchase.
