Updated 4 November 2026
These policies apply to hostbas.com, its client area and its digital-product catalog at hostbas.com/code. “Hostbas”, “we” and “us” refer to Host Bas LLC, the supplier of the products and services you purchase.
1. Your account and orders
Use accurate account and billing information, protect your login details and use our services lawfully. Your Hostbas client account is the place to manage purchases, invoices, downloads and support tickets. Catalog purchase buttons take you to the Hostbas checkout; a separate catalog customer account is not required for new purchases.
An order is subject to payment verification and any necessary fraud checks. A pending order or a payment-return page is not confirmation of payment. If an order cannot be fulfilled, contact support for a suitable remedy.
2. Prices and payment
The selected product, license, currency, applicable taxes, billing cycle and total are displayed at checkout before you confirm the order. A one-time payment is a single charge, not an automatic renewal. It does not by itself define a service term or include future domain renewals, extra licenses, support or updates.
Where Whop is offered at checkout, Whop processes the payment under its own Buyer Terms. Hostbas remains responsible for supplying the product and handling product support. Other available payment methods are identified at checkout. Provider or bank fees and conversion charges may apply and are subject to their disclosures.
3. What you receive and for how long
For new digital-catalog purchases from 4 November 2026, account access to the purchased downloads lasts 365 days from activation. Updates and support, where included in the selected product, are provided within that same period. The charge is paid once and does not renew automatically. The product description and checkout identify the selected deliverable and license. This new digital-catalog period does not change the separately stated terms of a hosting or domain plan. Read the offer before buying and contact us if a material term is unclear. A payment method is offered only for products that meet that provider’s requirements; offers of indefinite or lifetime access are not sold through Whop.
New terms do not silently shorten access already purchased under an earlier offer. Existing catalog customers may need to prove ownership of their earlier account to link those purchases to their Hostbas client account. Do not share passwords or purchase rights with another person.
4. Digital delivery and licenses
After payment is confirmed and the order is activated, eligible digital files or delivery links are available from your Hostbas account. Manual payment methods require verification before activation. A product may use an external file host for delivery; report a broken, missing or corrupted package to support.
A purchase provides only the rights stated for the selected license and any license supplied with the package. It does not transfer copyright or imply that Hostbas is the original developer of third-party software. Regular and extended licenses may grant different rights. Do not redistribute, resell or sublicense material unless the applicable license permits it. Rights granted by an applicable open-source license are not restricted by these terms.
Check the listed platform, version and technical requirements before purchase. Support, updates, installation, customization, third-party subscriptions and activation keys are included only where the offer expressly says so.
5. Hosting and domain services
Hosting is subject to the selected plan’s resource limits, technical requirements and acceptable-use rules. An “unlimited” storage or website allowance does not remove CPU, memory, process or other resource limits. Use the service only for lawful content you are entitled to host; do not send spam, distribute malware, attack systems or interfere with other customers.
Domain availability and registration are subject to the registry’s rules. A promotional domain included for the first year does not include later renewals unless expressly stated. Keep your contact and renewal information current. Any included backup service has the scope stated in your plan; keep an independent copy of important data.
6. Refunds and consumer rights
Our Refund Policy explains the commercial refund process and your mandatory rights. Nothing in these terms removes a legal remedy for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content, an applicable cancellation right, or a right to raise a payment dispute. Merely downloading a file is not, by itself, a waiver of statutory rights.
7. Security, suspension and support
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, a security incident, non-payment, a confirmed payment reversal or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support. Emergency security action may need to happen first. Any action remains subject to applicable law and rights attached to an existing purchase.
Open a support ticket or email support@hostbas.com. Include your order or invoice number and enough detail to explain the issue. Never send card details, login passwords or API secrets in an ordinary support message.
8. Responsibility and changes
Each party is responsible for its own obligations under the order and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Third-party software and external services have their own applicable terms, but this does not remove Hostbas’s responsibility for what it has sold or promised.
We may update these policies for future use or orders and will display the updated date. A later website edit does not retrospectively remove an existing customer’s contractual or statutory rights. Applicable mandatory consumer law and available legal remedies continue to apply; these terms do not impose an invented exclusive jurisdiction.
